C9 Staff is seeking a Finance Project Manager to join our remote Finance and Operations team. You will manage finance admin tasks, maintain accurate records, and support the day-to-day financial workflow for global clients.

This fully remote role requires strong organization, 2+ years in finance admin or project management, and proficiency with QuickBooks, Airtable, and Google Workspace. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams across time zones and report to the PMO Director.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in finance admin, operations coordination, or project management.
• Solid bookkeeping understanding and financial record-keeping.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Operate the administrative side of financial workflows daily.
• Support invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
