Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support its international corporate accounting division, handling day-to-day transaction processing, full-cycle Accounts Payable, high-volume AR cash applications, and month-end reconciliations under the Controller. This remote, full-time role is Philippines-based with night-shift hours (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT).

Proficiency in Sage or similar ERP, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication are required to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate accounting or transaction processing.
• Strong numerical accuracy and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and post to the accounting system with proper documentation.
• Handle high-volume AR cash applications and code to the correct GL accounts.
• Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and general ledger analyses.
