Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support its international corporate accounting division, handling day-to-day transaction processing, full-cycle Accounts Payable, high-volume AR cash applications, and month-end reconciliations under the Controller. This remote, full-time role is Philippines-based with night-shift hours (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT).

Proficiency in Sage or similar ERP, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication are required to thrive in a fast-paced

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support an international corporate accounting division. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will take ownership of day-to-day transaction processing, including full-cycle Accounts Payable, high-volume Accounts Receivable cash applications, and monthly statement reconciliations. This position is ideal for a focused professional with Sage software experience who excels in a fast-paced environment and wants to sharpen their corporate accounting skills.

Your Impact

Accounts Payable Management: Enter, code, and post vendor invoices into the accounting software, ensuring all transactions are backed by appropriate documentation and approvals before payment.

Credit Card & Expense Tracking: Download corporate credit card statements regularly, accurately code transactions to the correct general ledger accounts, and track discrepancies.

Vendor & Bank Reconciliations: Perform comprehensive monthly vendor statement reconciliations and monitor daily bank activity to ensure all cash movements are communicated to relevant parties.

High-Volume Accounts Receivable: Post a high volume of AR payments into the accounting system daily, maintaining swift processing times and balancing ledgers.

Month-End & Ledger Support: Assist the accounting team with month-end closing procedures, execute general account analysis, and maintain up-to-date, structured electronic files.

Special Projects: Collaborate with the core accounting team and Controller on ad hoc operational tasks and strategic financial projects as required.

What You Bring

The Experience: Proven background in corporate accounting, bookkeeping, or transaction processing within a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency: Prior working knowledge of Sage or a similar robust ERP/accounting program is highly preferred.

Software Competency: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically with intermediate Excel functions and Outlook email management.

Core Competencies: A high degree of numerical accuracy, sharp problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently without breaking a sweat.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for reporting directly to international management and interacting with suppliers.
