Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Accountant to support the Finance Manager in key finance functions for the client. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, assist in preparing and presenting financial reports, and handle levy issuance and financial queries.

You will coordinate with Owners Corporation Managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting, respond to inquiries, and help prepare multiple financial reports under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills.
• Excellent English communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate accounts payable/receivable processes with segregation of duties.
• Assist with preparation and formatting of financial reports.
• Issue Levy Notices and Final Fee Notices and answer financial queries.
• Coordinate with Owners Corporation Managers to ensure timely reporting.
• Respond to committee and internal stakeholder inquiries.
