You will be the main contact for clients across hospitality and corporate housing, providing personalized accommodation solutions and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• 3+ years in Account Management or related roles.
• Experience managing corporate clients or B2B relationships.
• Hospitality/corporate housing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM; HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring retention and growth.
• Develop strategies to increase bookings and account value.
• Prospect and acquire new corporate clients within the territory.
• Prepare tailored accommodation proposals for prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Revenue, Guest Experience, and Ops teams.
• Monitor pipeline, revenue opportunities, and account activity.
• Report on account performance and growth to leadership.
