Outsourced is seeking a commercially-minded Business Development Manager to own existing customer relationships and pursue new opportunities. This dual-focus role balances retention, growth, and new business development, serving as the main contact for a portfolio of accounts.

Based in Manila with a home-based setup, you’ll build a pipeline, conduct regular reviews, and report on performance against targets while staying informed on market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Confident communicator capable of presenting to clients at all levels.
• Self-starter who can manage retention and acquisition workload.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing accounts and be the primary relationship contact.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing base.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for new business.
• Maintain records of activity, pipeline and forecasts.
• Report on performance against targets (retention, growth, new business revenue).
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer industry developments.
