Job summary

Corporate Stays is seeking an Account Manager to manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts across hospitality and corporate housing. You will serve as the primary contact, understand client needs, and tailor accommodation solutions to drive bookings and long-term value.

You will collaborate with Reservations, Revenue, Guest Experience, Operations, and Business Development teams in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience managing corporate clients, existing accounts, or B2B relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts; retain and upsell to increase bookings and revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-value and strategic accounts; act as trusted advisor for accommodation solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities; build a strong sales pipeline and collaborate with BD and Sales teams.
