Job summary

Pear Tree. is seeking an experienced Reservations & Corporate Sales Coordinator to support reservations and proactively grow corporate accommodation business from a remote location. You will handle guest enquiries and convert opportunities into bookings while building relationships with corporate customers.

You will work with hotel systems, manage reservations, and provide timely follow-up communications to ensure high-quality guest experiences and sustained account growth.

Qualifications

• Hotel reservations experience and commercial mindset.
• Experience using hotel PMS for entering and managing bookings.
• Proven ability to follow up enquiries and convert to bookings.
• Excellent spoken and written English with corporate clients.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound reservations and guest enquiries via phone and email.
• Advise guests on room options, availability, rates and hotel services.
• Enter and maintain reservations accurately in the PMS.
• Proactively contact corporate customers to develop long-stay opportunities.
• Follow up enquiries to maximise conversion and keep records updated.
• Provide professional communication throughout the booking process.
