Job summary

Bundle, a remote-first sales company, is seeking an energetic sales professional to own outbound at scale. You’ll prospect CHROs, CPOs, and L&D leaders at mid-market and enterprise firms, using a proven playbook and direct collaboration with the founder and Head of Sales.

You will be the driver of self-sourced opportunities, selling alongside senior leadership and shaping how outbound works as the team grows. If you thrive in early-stage environments, this is your seat.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle closing with self-sourced pipeline.
• Proven success with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Experience selling to HR, People, or L&D buyers (CHRO, CPO, Head of L&D).
• Startup experience at small teams, first sales hires preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and own outbound pipeline through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Run full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Improve outbound playbook with templates and target lists.
• Collaborate with marketing on shared target accounts.
• Travel to industry events to build pipeline.
• Hit daily, weekly, and quarterly activity targets.
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales quota.
• Track all activities in CRM.
