Division 50 is a remote-first B2B lead generation and marketing services agency. We sell appointment-setting, outbound SDR programs, paid ads, SEO, and social media management to US businesses. We're hiring a Full‑Cycle Sales Executive who can own the entire sale—from the first cold call through to a signed agreement.

This is a true full‑cycle seat. You generate conversations, qualify the fit, run the pitch, handle objections, and close.

Qualifications

• Has closed B2B US deals and can cite deal size, cycle length, and close rate.
• Able to run full sales cycle solo: qualify, pitch, negotiate, close.
• Experience selling lead gen or marketing services to US businesses.

Responsibilities

• Cold-call US business owners and decision-makers to open conversations
• Qualify inbound leads and move them to a close
• Run discovery to identify client problems and needs
• Pitch the service that fits and tie to the problem
• Handle pricing discussions and negotiate to close
• Manage pipeline in CRM and keep next steps current
• Hit monthly revenue target you own end-to-end
