Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and institutional accounts.
• Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate client bookings, training schedules, and examination arrangements with the Client Relations and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate and updated client profiles and engagement history in the CRM system.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients and organizations for partnership and program opportunities.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and other client documents.
• Follow up on sales leads, close opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns related to FoodSHAP® programs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, performance summaries, and account updates.
• Monitor sales performance and client feedback to help improve service quality and retention.
• Coordination with instructor and student during training.
