Job summary

Wedding Resources and Events Management Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a driven Sales Account Executive to identify and cultivate new business within the events, hospitality, and catering sectors. You will manage client relationships, negotiate deals, and drive sales results, working closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless event delivery.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales or account management, strong networking and communication skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales/account management experience in events, hospitality, catering, or related industries.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales enablement tools is an advantage.
• A degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Events Management, or related field is preferred.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as the events industry may require.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and develop new sales opportunities within events, weddings, and hospitality.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for high satisfaction and engagement.
• Negotiate and strive to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional client support, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.
• Track, monitor, and report on sales performance, pipelines, and client activity.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations with professionalism.
