Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process appointment requests promptly.
• Enter and schedule appointments in Aloha per workflows.
• Manage scheduling activities through Salesforce and Aloha.
• Maintain accurate appointment information.
• Identify missing or conflicting information and elevate issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule correctly.
• Follow established processes consistently.
• Support family communication via text as role develops.
