ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) seeks a Scheduling Specialist to manage daily and weekly therapy schedules across clinics. This fully remote role based in the Philippines supports real-time adjustments and staff utilization while coordinating with Clinical Directors.

The position requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and scheduling tools. Availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or healthcare operations preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficient with scheduling software, spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), and time zone coordination.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and finalize daily and weekly clinic schedules to ensure full client coverage and appropriate staff utilization.
• Build schedules using Excel and Lumary, ensuring accuracy and alignment across systems.
• Respond promptly to cancellations, no-shows, and schedule adjustments to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors to align schedules with clinical priorities and staff availability.
• Monitor and respond to real-time scheduling changes and communicate updates to clinic teams.
