Job summary

HR Primo Management Services is seeking a Rematado Manager to oversee rematado operations, including management, valuation, inventory, and disposition of unredeemed pawned items.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills to ensure accuracy, profitability, and compliance, with coordination across branches, appraisal, treasury, accounting, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in pawnshop/rematado/retail/inventory or similar operations.
• Experience in pawnshop operations or handling pawned/unredeemed items preferred.
• Strong knowledge of item appraisal, valuation, pricing, inventory control, and sales.
• Experience in supervising or managing a team.
• Willing to work on-site and handle operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rematado operations of the branch/company.
• Manage and monitor the inventory of unredeemed pawned items for disposition.
• Review and validate the appraisal and valuation of rematado items including jewelry, gadgets, appliances, and other merchandise.
• Ensure proper documentation, tagging, recording, and safekeeping of rematado items.
• Monitor movement of items from pawn expiration to rematado processing and sale/disposition.
• Coordinate with branch, appraisal, treasury, accounting, and sales teams regarding rematado transactions.
• Develop strategies to maximize recovery value and profitability of rematado items.
• Monitor sales, inventory levels, pricing, and aging of rematado items.
• Review reports and ensure accuracy of rematado records and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff involved in rematado operations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and help prevent losses and discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on rematado inventory, sales, valuation, and performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Experience in supervising or managing a team.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.

• Willing to work on-site and handle operational requirements as needed.
