HR Primo Management Services is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize performance of pawnshop branches across Mindanao. The role drives efficiency, compliance, and profitability while developing leadership among branch staff.

The position requires strong leadership, coaching, and experience in multi-branch operations, with willingness to travel across Mindanao to ensure standardized operations and strong field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations, with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in multi-branch operations management (pawnshop, retail, or financial services preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Willing to travel frequently across Mindanao regions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of multiple branches across Mindanao areas.
• Ensure achievement of branch KPIs such as lending, appraisal, redemption, and sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits, audits, and operational assessments across branches.
• Mentor, coach, and develop branch supervisors, appraisers, and frontline staff.
• Enforce company policies, operational standards, and compliance requirements.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans per branch.
• Analyze area performance reports and recommend strategic improvements to management.
• Coordinate with head office for operational issues, manpower concerns, and business initiatives.
• Ensure consistent customer service standards across all branches.
• Support training programs and capability development for branch teams.
