Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in pawnshop operations, asset management, retail, sales, inventory, or financial services.
• Experience handling unredeemed pawned items, auctioned assets, jewelry, gadgets, appliances, or other second-hand items is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, pricing, sales, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Willing to conduct branch/site visits and coordinate with different teams when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete rematado process, from identification of matured/unredeemed items to final disposition.
• Review and validate pawned items qualified for rematado based on company policies.
• Ensure accurate inventory, documentation, tagging, storage, and monitoring of rematado items.
• Coordinate with branch personnel regarding the transfer and handling of rematado items.
• Conduct or oversee item assessment, valuation, pricing, and classification.
• Develop appropriate pricing and selling strategies to maximize recovery and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, and aging of rematado items.
• Supervise auctions, displays, direct sales, or other approved disposal channels.
• Ensure proper documentation of all rematado transactions and proceeds.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Branch teams as necessary.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on rematado inventory, sales, profitability, and outstanding items.
• Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead and supervise staff involved in rematado operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and profitability of the rematado process.
