All Done 88 Construction Orporation in the Philippines is seeking a Rematado Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end rematado lifecycle, from item identification to final disposition. You will coordinate with branches to ensure precise inventory, documentation, tagging, and storage while leading a team to optimize recoveries.

Manage the complete rematado process, from identification of matured/unredeemed items to final disposition.
Review and validate pawned items qualified for rematado based on company policies.
Ensure accurate inventory, documentation, tagging, storage, and monitoring of rematado items.
Coordinate with branch personnel regarding the transfer and handling of rematado items.
Conduct or oversee item assessment, valuation, pricing, and classification.
Develop appropriate pricing and selling strategies to maximize recovery and profitability.
Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, and aging of rematado items.
Supervise auctions, displays, direct sales, or other approved disposal channels.
Ensure proper documentation of all rematado transactions and proceeds.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Branch teams as necessary.
Monitor compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
Prepare regular reports on rematado inventory, sales, profitability, and outstanding items.
Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Lead and supervise staff involved in rematado operations.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and profitability of the rematado process.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in pawnshop operations, asset management, retail, sales, inventory, or financial services.
Experience handling unredeemed pawned items, auctioned assets, jewelry, gadgets, appliances, or other second-hand items is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, pricing, sales, and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Willing to conduct branch/site visits and coordinate with different teams when required.
