HR Primo Management Services is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in Metro Manila to oversee Rematado inventory, including jewelry, gadgets, and pawned assets prepared for sale, bidding, auction, or consignment.
The role ensures accurate recording, tagging, and traceability, while supervising cycle counts, physical inventories, and compliance with internal controls. Collaboration with branches, accounting, and audits is essential.
We are looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee the accuracy, security, completeness, and traceability of Rematado inventory, including jewelry, gadgets, and other pawned assets prepared for sale, bidding, auction, or consignment.
The role will be responsible for inventory recording, physical counts, reconciliation, movement control, warehouse custody, reporting, and compliance with established inventory and internal control procedures.
Oversee the complete accountability of Rematado inventory from receipt to final disposition.
Ensure all items are properly recorded, tagged, labeled, documented, and traceable.
Plan and supervise cycle counts and wall-to-wall physical inventory counts.
Investigate inventory variances, shortages, overages, and discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Supervise the receiving and verification of Rematado items from branches and operations.
Verify item descriptions, quantities, weights, serial numbers, condition, and supporting documents.
Ensure proper storage, segregation, security, and handling of high-value jewelry, gadgets, and other items.
Supervise the preparation, picking, and release of items for auction/subasta, client viewing, returns, or transfers.
Prepare inventory status, movement, aging, variance, and incident reports.
Coordinate with Accounting and Treasury for inventory reconciliation and post-auction closing.
Serve as the inventory focal person during internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with inventory procedures, internal controls, audit recommendations, and security protocols.
Supervise Inventory Clerks and Warehouse Custodians.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training on inventory control and audit readiness.
Participate in process improvements involving inventory systems, barcode/RFID initiatives, and other control enhancements.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
At least Senior High School graduate; College level or graduate preferred
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse inventory or inventory control
Experience in warehouse operations, stockroom management, physical inventory, or asset control is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer literacy; experience with POS, inventory, or sales systems is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
