Job summary

All Done 88 Construction Orporation in Metro Manila is seeking a senior professional to oversee asset recovery and disposal operations for our pawnshop. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee asset recovery and disposal operations for the pawnshop.
• Manage the inventory, documentation, safekeeping, and movement of recovered and forfeited assets.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the recovery value of unredeemed and repossessed items.
• Coordinate the assessment, appraisal, classification, and valuation of assets prior to disposal.
• Establish disposal channels such as branch sale, auction, wholesale, online selling, or accredited buyers.
• Monitor inventory levels, aging assets, disposal schedules, and recovery performance.
• Coordinate with Branch Operations, Appraisers, Finance, Audit, Legal, and other departments regarding asset recovery and disposal.
• Ensure assets are documented, tagged, recorded, and reconciled with system and physical inventory.
• Review and approve disposal prices and selling strategies based on market value and policy.
• Monitor buyers, dealers, and third-party partners involved in asset disposal and ensure proper accreditation and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls related to asset handling and disposal.
• Investigate discrepancies, losses, damaged items, and irregularities involving recovered assets.
• Prepare and submit regular recovery, inventory, sales, and disposal performance reports to management.
• Analyze disposal results and recommend improvements to increase recovery rates and reduce asset holding costs.
• Lead and supervise the Asset Recovery and Disposal team, including setting targets and providing coaching.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
