Batzam1 Sales Distribution Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Relief Salesman who will drive sales growth through daily routes on a motorcycle, merchandise, and manage customer relationships. The role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual capable of meeting targets and ensuring timely collections.

You will conduct field-based activities, expand the customer base, and provide timely sales reports and market feedback while maintaining in-store visibility and high service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG or distribution preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 or 2) and own motorcycle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to be field-based and proactive.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Relief Salesman who will play a key role in driving sales growth, merchandising, and managing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can achieve sales targets, expand business opportunities, ensure timely account receivables, and maintain excellent in-store product visibility. The Salesman will be responsible for conducting daily sales routes using a motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective order booking and follow-through on delivery.

• Execute merchandising standards to ensure product visibility, proper placement, and freshness.

• Conduct business development activities to expand customer base and strengthen partnerships.

• Manage and monitor account receivables, ensuring timely collection from customers.

• Perform daily routing and sales coverage using a company-provided motorcycle.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining long-term relationships.

• Submit accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, distribution, or related industry (preferred but not required).

• Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 or 2) and self-owned Motorcycle.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
