Batzam1 Sales Distribution Corporation in Bagac, Philippines, is seeking a results-driven BTDT Salesman to drive sales growth, merchandising, and customer relationships. The role requires a proactive field-based professional who can meet targets and manage timely collections, while handling daily routes on a motorcycle.

You will build strong client partnerships, ensure in-store visibility and fresh stock, submit accurate sales reports, and contribute to market feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG or distribution (preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 or 2) and a self-owned motorcycle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Field-based mindset with proactive, results-oriented approach.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven BTDT Salesman - Bagac who will play a key role in driving sales growth, merchandising, and managing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can achieve sales targets, expand business opportunities, ensure timely account receivables, and maintain excellent in-store product visibility. The Salesman will be responsible for conducting daily sales routes using a motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective order booking and follow-through on delivery.




• Execute merchandising standards to ensure product visibility, proper placement, and freshness.




• Conduct business development activities to expand customer base and strengthen partnerships.




• Manage and monitor account receivables, ensuring timely collection from customers.




• Perform daily routing and sales coverage using a company-provided motorcycle.




• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining long-term relationships.




• Submit accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, distribution, or related industry (preferred but not required).




• Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 or 2) and self-owned Motorcycle.
