Batzam1 Sales Distribution Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Booking Salesman for the Zambales area. You will drive sales growth through daily routes, merchandising, and strong customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.

This field-based role requires a valid driver’s license, a self-owned motorcycle, and the ability to work independently to meet targets. You will submit accurate sales reports and contribute to market feedback.

Qualificações

• 2+ years sales experience in FMCG/distribution or similar (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 or 2) and self-owned motorcycle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

We are looking for a results-driven BOOKING SALESMAN - ZAMBALES AREA who will play a key role in driving sales growth, merchandising, and managing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can achieve sales targets, expand business opportunities, ensure timely account receivables, and maintain excellent in-store product visibility. The Salesman will be responsible for conducting daily sales routes using a motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective order booking and follow-through on delivery.

• Execute merchandising standards to ensure product visibility, proper placement, and freshness.

• Conduct business development activities to expand customer base and strengthen partnerships.

• Manage and monitor account receivables, ensuring timely collection from customers.

• Perform daily routing and sales coverage using a company-provided motorcycle.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining long‑term relationships.

• Submit accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, distribution, or related industry (preferred but not required).

• Must have a valid driver's license (Restriction 1 or 2) and self-owned Motorcycle.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• With a proactive, results-oriented mindset and willingness to be field-based.
