Batzam1 Sales Distribution Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Booking Salesman for the Bataan area to drive sales growth, merchandising, and manage customer relationships. You will pursue targets, expand opportunities, ensure timely receivables, and maintain in-store visibility while performing daily routes on a company motorcycle.

The role requires independence, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a field-based mindset.

Formación

• 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, distribution, or related industry (preferred but not required).
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 or 2) and self-owned motorcycle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to be field-based and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective order booking and follow-through on delivery.
• Execute merchandising standards to ensure product visibility, proper placement, and freshness.
• Conduct business development activities to expand customer base and strengthen partnerships.
• Manage and monitor account receivables, ensuring timely collection from customers.
• Perform daily routing and sales coverage using a company-provided motorcycle.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven BOOKING SALESMAN - BATAAN AREA who will play a key role in driving sales growth, merchandising, and managing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can achieve sales targets, expand business opportunities, ensure timely account receivables, and maintain excellent in-store product visibility. The Salesman will be responsible for conducting daily sales routes using a motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities:
