Job summary

Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas is looking for a Recruitment Manager (RM) to coordinate recruitment across branches and monitor leads generation from Branch Managers. You will oversee onboarding, orientation and regular training of Loan Consultants to ensure consistent performance.

You will drive sales through LC targets, establish contact with branches, reactivate inactive LCs, and report recruitment and sales metrics to the Marketing Head.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales/relationship management, preferably as Unit Manager.
• Strong background in acquiring new partner accounts.
• Team player and self-starter with proven sales track record.
• Hunter mentality with appetite for new opportunities.
• Prospecting and cold calling experience.
• Willing to do field work and travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to tailor pitches.

Responsibilities

RM coordinates the recruitment from the branches and monitor leads generation of Branch Managers and is responsible in the onboarding, orientation and regular training of the Loan Consultant.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for getting and achieving sales target from the Loan Consultants (LCs)

• Establish contact and follow up recruitment target from the Branches set by the Marketing Head.

• Services existing LCs, developing and reactivation of Inactive LCs.

• Drives effort and initiates LC Generation Activities.

• Generate sales growth by studying the existing output and behavior of LCs.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Report recruitment and sales numbers to Marketing Head

• Handle Relationship Associate to help the RMU unit in its activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales/relationship management preferably as Unit Manager of insurance companies.

• A strong background in new partner accounts acquisition

• Team player and a self-starter with stellar sales track records for driving sales

• Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities

• Prospecting & cold calling experience.
