Job summary

RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow the business portfolio and meet volume targets. The role reports to the Marketing Head and supervises Marketing Assistants.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of marketing experience in financial services, a degree in a 4-year business field, and strong financial analysis and credit review skills to drive client credit decisions, with excellent communication across diverse clients.

Qualifications

• A degree in any 4-year business-related course.
• Proven marketing experience within the financial services industry for at least 3-5 years.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit review processes.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse client backgrounds and a strong ability to establish rapport with both internal teams and external business partners.

Responsibilities

• Initiate new client accounts, manage portfolios, and cultivate referrals from RCBC business units.
• Conduct client calls, prepare call reports, handle inquiries, and secure KYC documents for credit folders.
• Prepare lease approvals and write-ups; address analyst queries and present to committees on credit worthiness.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for growing and developing RLFC’s business portfolio to achieve assigned volume targets. This role reports directly to the Marketing Head and supervises Marketing Assistants.

How You Will Contribute

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Initiate new client accounts, manage existing portfolios, and cultivate leads generated through various RCBC business units to secure client referrals.
• Client Engagement & Assessment: Conduct client calls, prepare detailed call reports, handle inquiries promptly, and secure all pre-approval requirements and Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to build complete credit folders.
• Credit Evaluation & Committee Presentation: Write lease approvals and business information write-ups, address financial analysts' queries during reviews, and present assessments to the appropriate approving committees to determine client credit worthiness.
