Job Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients, corporate accounts, travel agents, and business partners. This role focuses on increasing customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the company's customer base.
- Promote and sell the company's travel products and services, including holiday packages, airline tickets, hotel accommodations, visa assistance, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Prepare customized travel proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients when appropriate.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate with operations, reservations, ticketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account updates in the CRM system.
- Participate in travel exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities to generate new business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.
- Experience managing corporate travel accounts is an advantage.
