Job summary

Responsible Internet Sustainability Effort Inc in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to cultivate a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will engage with executives, align strategic goals, and drive revenue through strong consultative selling and client retention.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in client-facing sales, is fluent in English, and proficient with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM tools to manage pipelines and present compelling recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of successful experience in a Relationship Manager or equivalent client-facing sales role.
• Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and modern CRM/sales funnel software to drive pipeline efficiency.
• Articulate verbal and written English skills, paired with active listening and compelling presentation capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with a dedicated portfolio of clients.
• Engage with key business executives and stakeholders to align strategic goals.
• Address and resolve client queries efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.
• Leverage strong expertise in conflict resolution, communication, counseling, reporting, and consulting to support client needs.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities by researching additional products or services that yield client value.
• Evaluate clients’ financial profiles and offer strategic advice when necessary.
• Develop client retention plans to directly support company retention targets
• Plan or layout quarterly goals appropriate to the season/theme
• Collaborate within the Sales Team to seamlessly onboard new clients while continuously developing existing relationships.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other advanced scouting tools to identify and engage prospective clients.
• Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Support operating departments in resolving critical escalations
