The Junior Relationship Manager is responsible for supporting client acquisition, relationship management, and portfolio growth initiatives for assigned accounts. The role ensures high-quality client engagement, timely servicing, and effective coordination with internal teams to deliver investment solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives.

What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for

• Strengthen Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, timely servicing, and consistent support that enhances client satisfaction and retention.
• Support Business Growth: Contribute to AUM and revenue growth by identifying client opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting in the execution of investment and wealth solutions.
• Ensure Efficient Client Support & Coordination: Deliver seamless account management by coordinating with internal teams for account onboarding, transaction processing, reporting, and resolution of client concerns within service standards.
