Job summary

Synermaxx Corporation is seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager with a strong IT/telecom background to drive new business and deepen existing accounts in the Philippines.

The role requires at least three years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. You will develop proposals, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and report on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising sales, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience as a Relationship Manager.
• Background in Information Technology is a plus.
• Experience working with a Telco is an advantage.
• Must be result oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
• Develops clear and concise proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
• Participates in trade shows and conventions.
