Maya is seeking a results-driven leader in the Philippines to own Strategic Support and Fulfilment end-to-end operations, driving data-led decisions and empowering a high-performance team.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize processes, and collaborate with external partners to deliver outstanding service and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
• Strong leadership and the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute with attention to detail.
• Experience in data analytics with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proactive mindset to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing operations and leading teams.
• Experience working with external vendors or partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Build and optimise processes to improve cost efficiency, capacity planning, and operational stability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational workflows.
• Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth and effective execution of projects.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives that enhance productivity and service quality.
