Job summary

Maya is seeking an Onboarding Senior Lead to drive strategic initiatives across partner merchants, the digital bank, and future Maya solutions. You will lead projects to increase efficiency, ensure successful implementation, and measure business impact at scale.

As a senior leader, you will influence cross-functional teams, align priorities with goals, and craft compelling presentations for management, including executives. You will coach teams and manage change across processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year business-related course; advanced studies or certifications in PM, strategy, or analytics are an advantage.
• At least 3 years of fintech or financial institution experience, with onboarding/account provisioning background.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, project execution, and process improvement with measurable impact.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling abilities to translate insights into actions.

The Senior Lead must be capable of influencing cross‑functional teams, aligning priorities with organizational goals, and preparing clear and compelling presentations for all levels of management, including senior executives.

What you will be doing

What we are looking for

• Graduate of any four‑year business‑related course; advanced studies or certifications in project management, strategy, or analytics are an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in fintech or financial institutions, with a strong background in partner onboarding, account provisioning, or deposit account management.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, project execution, and process improvement, with measurable contributions to operational efficiency and business impact.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling messages to stakeholders across all management levels.
• Strong analytical and data‑storytelling skills, able to generate accurate reports and translate insights into actionable strategies.
