Job summary

Ecology Energy Corporation seeks a Compliance Assistant to support the Compliance Officer in regulatory permits, environmental compliance, and reporting across company stations and depots. The role involves coordinating with DOE, DENR, EMB, LLDA, and other agencies, maintaining records, and assisting field inspections.

The ideal candidate has a background in environmental management or related fields, with strong document management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, permitting, or environmental reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and renewing regulatory permits, certificates, and licenses.
• Coordinate with DOE, DENR, EMB, LLDA and other agencies for regulatory requirements.
• Monitor permit validity and deadlines; maintain compliance records and tracking.
• Assist environmental compliance tasks including ECC, CNC, wastewater, and waste management requirements.
• Prepare regulatory documents, letters, and reports for the Compliance Officer.
