Job summary

Multico Prime Power, Inc. is seeking a regulatory liaison/permits specialist to prepare and submit permits, ensuring compliance with DENR, DOLE, BIR, SEC, ERC, BOI, and LGU requirements.

The role involves coordinating inspections and serving as the primary liaison with government offices, with travel and onsite work as needed. The candidate should have a 2–4 year track record in permitting or compliance, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in permitting, compliance, or liaison work with government agencies.
• Strong knowledge of local and national regulatory processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit applications for permits (building, occupancy, zoning, environmental, fire safety, business permits).
• Ensure compliance with requirements from agencies such as DENR, DOLE, BIR, SEC, ERC, BOI, and LGUs.
• Monitor deadlines and validity periods of permits to avoid lapses.
• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and government offices.
• Coordinate inspections with regulatory agencies and accompany officials during site visits.
