Job summary

RVCGBI is seeking an Environmental Compliance professional to ensure strict adherence to ECC conditions, permits, and DENR/EMB standards on a solar project. You will supervise waste management, erosion control, and pollution measures, and oversee SMR/CMR reporting.

Responsibilities include site inspections, identifying hazards, and serving as the primary liaison between project management, contractors, and environmental agencies. A Bachelor’s degree and DENR PCO certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science field.
• Accredited/Certified PCO by DENR.
• 1+ years of experience in environmental compliance, preferably in construction/infrastructure.
• Knowledge of local environmental laws and strong report writing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to ECC conditions, permit requirements and DENR/EMB standards.
• Supervise contractor's PCO for waste management, erosion protection, and pollution control.
• Manage disposal of solid waste, debris, and hazardous waste; conduct site inspections.
• Prepare and submit SMR and CMR; act as liaison with DENR/EMB and project management.
