Job summary

Power Fill Petroleum Phil Inc is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure all corporate and station operations meet government registration, accreditation, and regulatory requirements in the Philippines. You will manage SEC registration, DOE accreditation, COC/ECC processing, and maintain regulatory documents.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in compliance, permits, or government transactions, and is familiar with SEC, DOE, DENR/EMB, BIR, BOC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Legal Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, permits, or government transactions.
• Actual experience in SEC registration and compliance.
• Experience in DOE accreditation and regulatory requirements, preferably in petroleum.
• Knowledge of COC and ECC processing for gasoline stations.

Responsibilities

• Handle and facilitate SEC business registration and corporate compliance requirements.
• Process and maintain DOE accreditation and other DOE-related regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate the application, renewal, and monitoring of COC and ECC requirements for gasoline stations.
• Coordinate with government agencies regarding applications, renewals, submissions, and compliance concerns.
• Monitor expiration dates of permits, licenses, certificates, and accreditations.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documents and records.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and compliance documents.
• Monitor changes in government regulations and assess impact on operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, station personnel, consultants, and government offices.

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Officer who will be responsible for ensuring that the company and its gasoline stations comply with applicable government registration, accreditation, permitting, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and facilitate SEC business registration and corporate compliance requirements
• Process and maintain DOE accreditation and other DOE-related regulatory requirements
• Facilitate the application, renewal, and monitoring of Certificate of Compliance (COC) and Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) requirements for gasoline stations
• Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory offices regarding applications, renewals, submissions, and compliance concerns
• Monitor expiration dates of permits, licenses, certificates, and accreditations
• Prepare and maintain complete and organized regulatory documents and records
• Ensure timely submission of required reports and compliance documents
• Monitor changes in government regulations and assess their impact on company operations
• Coordinate with internal departments, station personnel, consultants, and government offices as necessary
• Maintain a compliance calendar and provide regular updates on pending and completed applications

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Legal Management, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, permits, or government transactions
• Actual experience in SEC registration and compliance
• Experience in DOE accreditation and regulatory requirements, preferably in the petroleum industry
• Knowledge and experience in COC and ECC processing for gasoline stations
• Familiarity with government agencies such as SEC, DOE, DENR/EMB, BIR, BOC, and local government offices
• Good knowledge of business permits, licenses, accreditation, and regulatory documentation
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and able to monitor multiple applications and deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
