URGENT HIRING

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Registered and Licensed Architect (RLA) to lead design, planning, and architectural oversight for an integrated Realty Developer & General Contractor. You will drive architectural conceptualization, subdivision site planning, and construction compliance while providing professional supervision and official logbook sign-off authority for architectural apprentices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design development for residential subdivisions, amenity buildings, and custom housing from concept to working drawings
• Sign and seal architectural plans, construction sets, and municipal permit documents
• Provide official professional supervision, logbook entries, and signing authority for architectural apprentices
• Conduct site visits to verify buildability, inspect workmanship, resolve field clashes with engineers, and enforce quality control
• Coordinate with LGUs and utility providers to ensure designs comply with subdivision laws (BP 220, PD 957, NBCP, Fire Code)
• Establish material schedules and modern aesthetic palettes for residential models and marketing packages

About you

• Must be a Registered and Licensed Architect (RLA) with a valid PRC License, IAPOA membership, and Professional Tax Receipt (PTR)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional practice, specifically in residential developments, subdivision master planning, and multi-story construction
• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Revit, and architectural quantity estimates
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and strict attention to detail
