Job Description:
Oversee and monitor architectural works and activities at the project site.
Ensure that construction works are implemented according to approved plans, drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teams.
Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material specifications, and other technical documents.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with design requirements.
Identify and resolve architectural and site-related issues and provide appropriate technical recommendations.
Monitor project progress and ensure that architectural works are completed according to the project schedule.
Coordinate with the design and construction teams regarding revisions, site conditions, and design changes.
Prepare site reports, documentation, and other required project records.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
Licensed and Registered Architect (RLA).
At least 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or construction, preferably in residential or building projects.
Knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and building materials.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is an advantage.
Strong understanding of construction details, specifications, and building codes.
Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
Willing to work on project sites and travel when required.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different project teams.
