We are seeking a PRC-licensed Architect to join our team in a full-time, office-based role. The Architect will be responsible for preparing design concepts, detailed drawings, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate and buildable outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings
• Develop 3D models and high-quality renderings for presentations
• Produce complete construction drawings and shop drawings
• Review and revise plans based on client and project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
• Conduct site visits for verification, measurements, and inspections
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
• Assist in project documentation and design coordination

Qualifications

• Proven experience in architectural design and detailing
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and methodologies
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience in construction or design-build projects
