Job summary

688T-Hub is seeking a Registered and Licensed Architect with a minimum of five years of experience to lead architectural design, prepare construction documents, and coordinate with clients and engineers.

The role involves site inspections, technical coordination, and ensuring compliance with the Philippines' building codes and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is essential, with familiarity in Revit/SketchUp a plus. Based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Registered and Licensed Architect (RLA) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural plans, working drawings, details, and construction documents.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEPF, and other engineering disciplines.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor architectural works to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders regarding technical and construction concerns.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, technical submittals, and contractor proposals.
• Prepare and review quantity take-offs, estimates, and BOQs when required.
• Identify design and construction issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Monitor the quality and workmanship of architectural works.
• Prepare site inspection reports, punch lists, progress documentation, and other project-related reports.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the National Building Code of the Philippines and other applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architectural design, preparation and review of construction documents, technical coordination, site inspections, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are properly executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards.

About you

• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
