Job summary

Requirements include 3–5 years of practice, Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, and strong leadership with attention to detail. On‑site role with collaboration across engineers and LGUs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (PRC) with current registration.
• Subdivision master planning and multi‑story project experience.
• Strong leadership and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design development from concept to working drawings.
• Sign and seal plans and permit documents.
• Provide supervision and logbook entries for apprentices.
• Conduct site visits and enforce quality control.
• Coordinate with LGUs and utilities for compliance.
