Job summary

LIFESTONE-CONSTRUCTION CO. is seeking a Licensed Architect to develop accurate AutoCAD layouts and create high-quality 3D renderings for client approvals and site implementation.

The role requires at least 2 years in residential architecture, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion. You will produce walkthroughs, collaborate with the design and construction teams, and ensure compliance with building codes and zoning laws.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (with valid PRC license).
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion.
• Skilled in rendering, animations, space planning, and technical detailing.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design accuracy.
• Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
