Job summary

Dial A handyman is seeking an Architect Planner/Designer for on-site work in Makati. The role covers conceptual planning, architectural design, technical documentation, and project coordination from design through construction.

The candidate should have 1–2 years in architectural planning and be familiar with Philippine building and fire codes, plus BIM workflows. Strong communication and deadline management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect preferred or required depending on position.
• 1–2 years of experience in architectural planning and design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and construction.
• Familiar with Philippine Building/Fire/Accessibility codes and regulations.
• Experience in drawings, presentations, specs, and construction documents.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Develop schematic and detailed construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit company documents to government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, SEC, LGUs).
• Apply for, renew, and secure permits, licenses and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with government offices for employee contributions and compliance.
• Prepare, file, and monitor official documents for timely completion.
• Assist employees with government-related concerns, loans, benefits, and inquiries.
• Maintain records of permits, licenses and confidential documents.
• Represent the company in meetings/inspections with government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Admin on document submissions.
• Perform messenger/admin duties including document delivery and bank tasks.
• Monitor expiration dates of permits and registrations for renewal.
• Provide updates/reports on ongoing applications and transactions.
• Other duties as assigned by management related to admin tasks.

• Willing to conduct site visits and coordinate with clients and government agencies as needed.
