About the role

We are seeking a Regional Supervisor to join Select Goods on a full-time basis, based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will oversee retail operations across multiple store locations within your region, ensuring consistent service delivery, staff performance, and profitability. As Regional Supervisor, you will act as a key link between store-level operations and senior management, driving performance standards and fostering a culture of excellence throughout your region.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage retail staff across multiple store locations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance standards

• Monitor daily store operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale systems

• Conduct regular store visits and inspections to assess operational compliance, cleanliness, and customer service standards

• Recruit, train, develop, and mentor store managers and retail team members to build high-performing teams

• Manage performance reviews, conduct coaching sessions, and implement disciplinary procedures where necessary

• Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability

• Prepare detailed reports on regional performance, including sales figures, customer feedback, and operational challenges

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations across all assigned locations

• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise resource allocation across the region

• Liaise between store teams and head office to facilitate communication and address operational issues

• Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives to maximise customer engagement and revenue

• Handle customer complaints and escalations to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of at least 3–5 years in retail supervisory or management roles, preferably overseeing multiple store locations

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members at all levels

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously

• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory control, merchandising, point-of-sale systems, and loss prevention

• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret sales reports and key performance indicators to inform business decisions

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, management, and customers

• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining company standards and policies

• Flexibility and willingness to travel between assigned store locations as required

• Proficiency with retail management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and digital tools

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to respond effectively to operational challenges
