Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail, operations, or multi-site management.
• Strong expertise in regional operations, store expansion, and performance management.

• Knowledge of contract management, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight
• Proven people leadership, performance management, and team development skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Purchasing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
• Must have experience in Large-scale Food Retail industry.
