Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the retail or store management field
- Strong professional maturity and integrity
- Has strong leadership ability and drive to achieve business goals and objectives
- Has an excellent customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel (Assigned Area is North NCR and North Luzon nut needs to report to Head Office in Parañaque City twice a week)
Job Summary
The Retail Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple store branches within a defined geographic area. This role ensures that each store meets sales targets, maintains brand and operational standards, and delivers excellent customer service. The Area Supervisor supports and develops store teams, monitors store performance, and coordinates with various departments to ensure smooth operations across locations.
Store Operations Management
- Supervise the daily operations of assigned retail stores to ensure efficient and consistent execution of company standards.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and marketing teams for smooth store operations.
Sales and Profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales performance of each store and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
- Identify underperforming stores and work with store teams to improve results.
- Recommend promotional and sales-boosting activities based on store performance and market trends.
Team Supervision and Development
- Train, coach, and motivate Store Supervisors and frontline staff to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of store employees.
- Provide support in manpower planning and resolve staffing issues as needed.
Customer Experience
- Ensure that all stores uphold a high standard of customer service.
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues that cannot be resolved at the store level.
Inventory and Loss Prevention
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and store replenishment.
- Conduct random audits to minimize pilferage, shrinkage, or operational inefficiencies.
- Enforce proper cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports for each store.
- Track KPIs such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.
- Ensure proper documentation of store-related issues, maintenance concerns, or disciplinary actions.
