About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Supervisor to join our team in Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our retail and consumer products operations. As Area Sales Supervisor, you will oversee sales activities across multiple sites within the Nueva Ecija region, ensuring consistent performance, adherence to company standards, and the delivery of exceptional results. This position is integral to our growth strategy, as you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing teams, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers across your assigned area.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage sales teams across multiple retail locations within the Nueva Ecija area, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions with sales staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness are maintained consistently across all assigned locations
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and ordering processes to maintain optimal product availability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, key retailers, and corporate stakeholders
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the region
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines
• Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, working towards resolution and customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and activities for senior management
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities at the regional level

What we're looking for

• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales processes, and inventory management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using sales management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to travel regularly within the Nueva Ecija region to visit assigned locations
• Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and develop team members
• Knowledge of the local market in Nueva Ecija or Central Luzon is advantageous
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as required for retail operations
