The role requires phone-based coordination and daily alignment with both subcontractors and customers on a regional scale. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage urgent schedule changes while upholding

Qualifications

• Confident, clear phone communicator with strong stakeholder management across contractors, branches, and customers.
• Experience coordinating resources and managing workloads across multiple regions.
• Strong problem solving, able to resolve coverage, attendance, and job related issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring work orders, pricing, and contractor paperwork are accurate.
• Sound decision making on contractor selection, escalation, and job allocation.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Coordination & Scheduling: coordinate and dispatch jobs to subcontractors within agreed timeframes; maintain regular phone contact; communicate changes promptly.
