Job summary

RemoteFetch is seeking a Planner in the Philippines to streamline scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management for our global client base. This role centers on keeping operations efficient, ensuring timely service delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

As a Planner, you will manage technician tasks, schedule visits, and handle vendor communications, leveraging strong MS Office skills and meticulous reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision within set timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians' daily tasks to meet customer requirements.
• Plan and book PPM service and quoted works visits with customers in advance.
• Manage the customer portal for issuing work orders.
• Raise purchase orders to subcontractors for regional preventative maintenance and reactive work.
• Create job lists with details for subcontractors to complete.
