Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English with a friendly, professional phone presence.
• Experience dispatching, setting appointments, or handling customer calls.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming customer calls professionally and turn inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Create, update, and dispatch jobs in our field-service management system (Workiz).
• Coordinate schedules between customers and field technicians throughout the day.
• Prepare and send estimates and invoices accurately and on time.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, appointments, and outstanding items.
• Reply to customer messages via text and messaging apps promptly and warmly.
• Check back with technicians to confirm job details, timing, and closings.
• Keep customer and job records organized and current.
• Help out on light administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
