Qualifications

• College graduate in Social Science, Business or Accounting.
• Preferably with prior related work experience.
• Good working knowledge of Metro Manila, Northern Luzon and Southern Luzon land geography.
• Good coordinating skills among various parties.
• With experience in Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for timely, efficient and effective planning of the daily delivery schedule to customers based on the Sales Order Register prepared and sent by Sales Admin.
• Prepares the delivery schedule based on effective geographical grouping to minimize dead freight and travel time; informs SI Preparator to generate Sales Invoices.
• Receives SIs and coordinates with Sales Admin/FSR for next-day deliveries; communicates with Delivery Supervisor.
• Promptly prepares the daily Truck Load Manifest Schedule (TLMS) upon confirmation of the delivery schedule.
• Transmits TLMS and SI copies to Warehouse for stock preparation; forwards SI copies to Delivery Supervisor for review/sign-off.
• Coordinates with the Delivery Supervisor for backloads and third-party trucker pickups to include in the plan.
• Prepares the Backload Report and adheres to company policies, SHE, 5S and ISO 9001 procedures.
